PASADENA - It is back to the Rose Bowl as the UCLA football team will take on the San Diego State Aztecs in the home opener. The Bruins are looking to make it 2-0 after taking down the California Golden Bears, 45-24, last week in Berkeley. In that game, we got to see what these Bruins were made of as we saw a dominant fourth quarter where the Bruins had 21 answered points. This week, they turn their attention to an Aztec team that has also had success on the ground and Bruin247 will have the live updates throughout the game, so bookmark this and check back as the game progresses. THIRD QUARTER 11:17 - We finally have some points on the board as running back Wayne Knight runs the ball into the end zone for a 6-yard score. UCLA leads, 7-0. SECOND QUARTER The half ends with minimal action and a 0-0 tie. 9:19 - With UCLA at the SDSU 2-yard line, quarterback Nico Iamaleava throws an interception in the end zone. FIRST QUARTER No score for either side. The game is tied, 0-0. PREGAME Kickoff is at 4:15 p.m. PT at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, CA.
