He gives a much better interview than Napier if only for the fact that you believe he believes what he's saying, and he doesn't cloak everything in layers of management patois where you have to read between the lines constantly. That, and he's far more candid. That's a winning combination. His passion for winning comes through loud and clear and I think he embraces the standards that we have established for ourselves. Rightly or wrongly, we got used to winning and losing doesn't sit well with this fan base. That's a good thing. We want our coaches not only to reflect that back to us, we want them to really believe it and embrace the challenge. When thinking about his role as the principal representative of the football program, thus far, I think he does it with class and integrity.
