LA, why do you suppose no one ... show more They don’t show up because they aren’t passionate about the teams… LA has always had the features you note ( as well as drawbacks). The attendance has changed because of the cultural changes of the area. Having lived in all three places ( California/Arizona/Nebraska) for multiple years, I can do an objective comparison regarding your reasoning and provide an absolute NO to your position that there is just such a huge gap in entertainment. Entertainment types, sure.. But If I wanted to go to my college football games my 150th trip to the beach isn’t changing that. This is because the vast majority of things that California has over flyover country… well it just doesn’t affect college football that much. Your getting called out for regurgitating old talking points that excuse lazy fans… it’s not personal. People are sick of the excuses. Hell, I’m so sick of them I stuck up for Nebraska… that’s crazy to me. Hope you can understand that.
