Mario unlikely pursue TE/LB portal; no starting spots open, depth additions harder to find than expected.
Mario said otherwise. They would take their chances and surely add a depth piece at te and a lb if there was one but that trickier — bc they don’t have a starting spot open. Not saying you couldn’t find someone better than Chase Smith but it’s not gonna be easy and unless it’s an underclassman kid will be a backup. I think they would have tried to land a TE.
