No. 24 Louisville (1-1) will begin ACC play when it hosts No. 17 SMU (2-0) at L&N Stadium on Saturday afternoon. Louisville is coming off a 59-13 win Villanova on Friday night to notch the team's first win of the season, while SMU downed UC Davis, 56-10, to start 2-0. The Mustangs opened their season with an ACC win at Florida State. The FPI Matchup Predictor indicates a close contest by giving Louisville a slight 52.8% chance of winning. Despite the thrilling comeback win for Texas over Ohio State on Saturday night, the Buckeyes remain atop the latest FPI ratings. Ohio State slightly edges out Texas, followed by Notre Dame, Georgia and Miami to complete the top five. Texas has the highest percentage of winning the national championship at 19.7%, followed by Ohio State and Notre Dame. The ESPN FPI has Miami at the top of the ACC, followed by SMU, Virginia, Louisville and Pittsburgh.
