With all due respect to guys like Jerome Bettis and Rickey Watters, Jeremiyah Love is the most explosive running back Notre Dame has ever produced. Had he not split so many carries with Jadarian Price, he'd have had the all-time single season rushing record and not by a little bit. The kind of speed and "elusiveness" he had were unique, and we just have to be glad we had someone like that playing for our favorite team for as long as we did, my friends. He's a nice young man from a very good family, and it makes me smile to see them enjoying the fruits of that labor these days.
