We cannot c... show more To me the coverage busts did not look like they were due to complexity of the system. They looked like the players didn't know what call they were in. On the first touchdown it looked like Nestor thought they were playing Cover 4 palms and Gousby thought they were playing Cover 4 Quarters- this caused them to both Cover the same receiver and let the second receiver run down field completely uncovered. That is a Coordination issue due to not getting the call in fast enough and not due to complexity in my opinion Same thing happened to Brown on either the 3rd or 4th touchdown (can't remember at this point). He covered the crosser the Linbacker covered the crosser an nobody covered the wheel route.
