Fair. I agree the team fought, and as games can tend to go, certain moments can make it close or a blow out. Sometimes good or bad luck lead to a close game or a blowout. The intentional grounding was huge, IMO. The fact the Lopez overthrew a wide open guy in the end zone, with no pressure was,IMO, a momentum moment that benefitted Purdue, but could not grab that momentum. True, the team gave itself a legitimate chance to win this game, and probably should have down the stretch. Still, what is, arguably, one of the top 2 things that have been a concern? I'd argue stopping a QB run/scramble, and penalties. What, again arguably, gave Wake the win. QB runs and penalties.
