HC for 4 years and no winning records. 19-22 overall at Delaware and never finished higher than 5th in his league - easy pass. Much rather have Woodley who was 8-4 at Drake (a better program than Delaware) last year and is 84-9 overall with an NAIA National Championship. He should be seriously considered, and he does know D1 football as he played at Iowa State and was team captain there. Name him interim and see what he can do. No brainer IMO.
