A few things need to be clarified in these comments that people are making: 1. Coaches Salaries have nothing to do with what we spend on the Roster. Everyone starts with a Rev Share Value that is based on the the overall Athletic Budget. The Remainder comes from NIL Deals/Contracts that are derived from outside sources. 2. Talent Evaluations aren't done by the HC they are primarily done by the Position Coaches. If you have a talent deficiency, blame those guys. QB was Garret Riley.... He created the mess we own. Unfortunately, Dabo didn't help matters. I believe that transparency with player spending can be the equalizer to the situation. Is there a list of what each players contract values are?
