My take on it that once Golesh shows proof of concept (which I think he is doing so far this year) we go all in (Yes, I do give money to our collective and you should too) and get a championship. This arms race can't last long term and if salary caps and collective bargaining ends up being the solution there will be parity and it will be much harder to win one. Unfortunately to win one it looks like you need a $5-$6M QB, a couple of $2M tackles and at least one $3M WR and that is just the offense. But at least with the right coach and right system you can currently buy the talent. With changes on the horizon it may not ever again be that simple.
