You w... show more I don't think its failing, but what do we expect when we get steamrolled in a blowout on the opening game of the season. As I've said before........I don't think its a good thing to set up our football team for a walloping on opening day....and yes I do think that effects home attendance. In conversations with some fellow alumni in Charlotte that had tickets to the APP game, after watching our putrid performance against Alabama, they really didn't want to go to see the APP game and I'm 90% sure they didn't go because of how bad the team looked opening week. Just my 2 cents worth and an FYI.........
