So for sure I would have two kickers on roster at all times. Two good / proven kickers from Australia Kicking Academy. I would also have a first string punter and a backup punter who prove their worth every week they get NIL checks. If you being paid you need to produce. If you wanna go back to being an amatuer we can let you slide a little more. Your choice. JT
