Will TCU football get some of its key starters back against Arkansas State?​ Steven Johnson TCU football will get at least one key starter back for its final non-conference game against Arkansas State at 7 p.m. Saturday at Amon G. Carter Stadium. Head coach Sonny Dykes said Tuesday that preseason All-Big 12 safety Jamel Johnson will be available to play against the Red Wolves . Johnson was held out of last week’s 63-7 win over Grambling State due to a foot injury. It’ll be a big boost for TCU’s secondary to have its leader and one of the best safeties in the country back on the field.
