I am. I’ve been since probably Monday. The team lost a game in a bad environment, both stadium and heat wise, and both the coaching staff and the players learned a lot in that game about themselves and the team. They now have two weeks to practice and play games against weaker opponents where they can get a lot of work in and ramp back up and get their confidence back, then they go to Iowa, which is a tough environment, but that will get them back in a tough environment against a good team on the road. Thats huge imho I said it before and I’ll say it again. I think this team is set up for a natty run. Anyone that doesn’t see the young players getting much better in these next 2-3 weeks and beyond is probably kidding themselves. Now I reserve the right to change my mind if we get beat up by Indiana. But as of right now, I have full confidence in this team to win it all. I don’t think we have any worries about this team getting overconfident. That 2006 Florida game still haunts me as I saw that coming.
