What a storybook scenario… Cowboy’s beat Ducks with a former WalkOn Zero Star QB who went from a week one tragedy to a week two Running, Flying, Superstar. You can’t write a better script for us Cowboys even if it was on the Hollywood BigScreen. My new man crush is on Eric Morris and Drew Mestemaker. Mike Gundy needed to retire and I want to see him on the ring and maybe a statue or field name in the future, but there is a new coach in town. I had a man crush on John Smith and was absolutely devastated when he retired, but David Taylor was the right replacement and I believe Eric Morris is the right replacement for Mike Gundy. What a great story - UNT Walk On beats The Mighty Ducks. I was a big Corndog fan… and I just love it when an underdog player finds success. Hopefully this week wasn’t a dream as if it was… please let me sleep for awhile!!!
