pretty sure it happened in a game we were involved in - a key player on the other team was listed as doubtful and he ended up "surprising" everyone and playing after all. Might have been upgraded to "questionable" just before gametime. I can't remember which game it was. I also might be misremembering, but I feel like it happened sometime within the last 3-4 years.
