WR: Personally, I can’t give them too much credit for that one.

Personally, I can’t give them too much credit for that one. He had elite numbers at Washburn and had an offer from his flagship state school out of HS. Seems like he just needed to focus on football and when he did, everything clicked.
I think we can give them credit for Humphreys though because he took a massive leap from HS to freshman year BUT that also may be a product of solely focusing on football.
One thing I’ve consider but don’t have an answer for is who are our WRs training with in the offseason. I can’t imagine there are many WR trainers in rural Arkansas where McVay is from but you look at a guy like Sherrill in Nashville and the 7on7 team he came from or Brown from Houston and you can see how they have gotten better each year. Believe we can see similar progression from Owen Cabell and Kahden Smith but this same thought process has made me downgrade my projection for LeBron Hill. Don’t have info on Dickson he hasn’t seen the field yet so doesn’t look promising.
