I said that because I am referring to our schedule. I am not saying we can’t beat a terrible Rutgers team with a terrible coaching staff, I am saying we can’t beat PSU, OU, or Duke (P4 teams we play in the next 5 years). 5 years ago, it was a lot easier to upset one of those programs as it wasn’t all about money and those programs weren’t hoarding all the talent (see 2015,2016,2019, etc) It’s a different landscape. I appreciate ur passion but your mindset mirrors the same as the BOT / President. Do nothing about the changing landscape of college sports and just pray we somehow figure it all out! Mugsy bouges, amiright! We need to address this issue and right now. You don’t grasp how close we are to never seeing Temple football again. If this program isn’t nationally relevant in the next few years its existence is in trouble. That’s the problem. Also, I harp on money so much because I know we can do it. We aren’t Maryland Eastern Shore or Marist University. We have a very large alumni base, a $1bn + endowment, in a relatively large conference and in a fantastic media market. We SHOULD be doing way more, and we SHOULD be way better. Sorry that you hate that I see it that way.
