Great interview and article Nick… it is honestly what keeps me here (loved this story). This won’t make me any friends with a lot of the members… but, there are so many couch coaches experiencing anger management aneurysms and think the sky is falling be week two. All I can say is I love this University, I relish our Badger history and I trust that great coaches don’t forget how to be successful coaches. Truth is the NIL sucks, but it’s here regardless… but what is great is the type of players that come to be part of this majestic University. Having over 30 new transfers playing against a Notre Dame caliber team during week one is a challenge on so many levels. Yes, like the stock market, sports is all about results now. Witnessing the effort and adjustments made on and off the field this year gives me greater confidence that University as a whole is positioning our student athletes for long term success. Sorry, not sorry, On Wisconsin!!
