I don’t think the call was bad — not like we had great success with slants — JJ one on one is good bet for a big gain, six, or an interference (a flag being least likely) — the throw was on spot — the CB got his arm out and in contact with JJ, who put him arm out to hold the CB off and ended up slightly rerouted, which we should expect JJ to fight off or blow by.
Good question — they missed him on the RPO (I think pressure altered the throwing motion) and there seemed to be miscommunication on the other downfield throw to him (he looked blanketed).
