As the final vote for the PCSA is getting closer and closer, I thought it would be good to create a megathread to discuss it, as it has significant impacts on college athletics. The bill has now passed the second of three procedural votes, and this one by a significant margin. Someone correct me if I am wrong, but I believe the 74 votes in the initial procedural vote would be more than enough votes to pass it as law if this holds true for the final vote. Bi-partisan support. It is kinda heartwarming how in our hyper-partisan country, restoring balance to college football is what unites us.
