Well you aren't taking into account the margin in which one guy is in front of another in a certain category. Allen and Lamar both essentially doubled up Dak on total yards. That aside, based on what you detailed, why in the hell would Dak be ahead of Josh Allen? PFF is off the rails for QB. QBR may be better but still puzzling. Nothing replaces watching the game but I don't know how much more helpful QBR is than just traditional QB stats to tell the story.
