This little dust up and it’s like have been popping up all over the board recently, thankfully amicably smoothed over here. Reached a predictable low point on the game thread Saturday when things were going bad. The term “high dudgeon” comes to mind (“a state of noisy or dramatic annoyance caused by a perceived slight, insult, or unfair treatment”). Not calling anyone out, just noting this and thinking “what gives?” Seems like a combination of high expectation, challenging schedule and excitement has many of us in a state of agitation. Eric’s warning to “strap in” seems apropos—more ups and downs like Saturday’s will come.
