Summary
- Cover 3 praised Florida State's running backs but questioned whether the overall roster has enough depth to stay with Alabama for a full 60 minutes. The concern is sustaining competitive stretches over four quarters, rather than an announced injury or a specific depth-chart demotion.
- Florida State's suggested path is to capitalize on Alabama quarterback errors and use the ground game to convert third and fourth downs. That could keep portions of the game competitive, but the hosts still expected Alabama's depth advantage to become harder to manage as the game progresses.
