Duo scheme: double-team DL for push, release to in-box LBs in 11 personnel vs even front.
I don't have a video to link but I will try to explain. If you are in 11 personnel (five oline plus a te). and you are facing a even front (4 down lineman with likely two linebackers in the box). Duo is a down block scheme where you are double teaming defensive lineman to get a push then releasing to the in the box linebackers.
