I tend to distrust the transitive property, at least in relation to football. Even before the Wake Forest game, I thought we’d be in for a few unsettling quarters against Purdue. Think Dave was a bit too bullish in his prediction, but he’s a bearded charlatan who doesn’t do his homework. Thoroughly mediocre, I’m surprised he can get himself to work, or the Rose Bowl Press Box. (Kidding, Dave’s my favorite writer on BRO; no offense, Tracy — I appreciate you, too). I hope Dave is right with his prediction, but the passing game will have to open up slightly more than it presently has for Dave’s prediction to be accurate.
