This is where the football gods reside. They stopped our run here and there but in all it was a good running night. Right in that 40-carry sweet spot, averaging 5 yds per carry, only 25 yds from that statistical hammer of 200 total yards. Five rushers. Probably about perfect. We were short about 3-5 more carries. I think that would have helped. We are at the core a running team. And thank the Lord for it. There is so much to like about Willie Ball Offense. BTW did you see how hard it was for CW to hear? I think I cost us the game by not making my “Coogs by 1” prediction.
