Some of them and some not. Just like Clay Helton went 5-7 and 6-6 or whatever at USC, or any of the recent Florida coaches recently. There are examples all the time of coaches coming up short of expectations at schools with resources. Obviously, they expect more with the money they spend. If they spend top 5 money they expect top 5 performance every year.
