If I'm Tim Lester...I'm devising 3-4 plays a game to get the ball to Braeden Jackson in the open field...swing passes, jet sweeps, etc. I don't agree with Jocko that he's not elusive. It a bit different type of elusiveness...kind of a Kaleb Johnson type of elusiveness. Example...on one run yesterday, he just made a slight cut as he got past the LBs, but was going so fast the safety didn't have enough time to adjust...Jackson was by him. Another, on an outside run...he just slowed down and did a slight faint to the inside, then ran around everyone outside. Speed kills. Matched up with the LB anywhere in the passing game...he's a colossal mismatch. Iowa has always been a team with few game breaking players on offense...who could put pressure on a defense to house a run/pass with any type of opening. We now have Diaz, Moulton, DJV (against LBs), and I think you can throw Jackson in there. I think he's proven he should get some opportunities in every game.
