Harbaugh needs to steal some plays from some of the great play designers out there, like from Kyle Shanahan, or Andy Reid, for example. Especially red zone specific. We know our run blocking has mostly looked abysmal, so adding just a bit of creativity and some misdirection, is needed. There are many different things we could be doing to get the defense thinking more/not playing as fast, or just getting out of position. It's probably too late to add much, but Harbaugh's offense is so predictable and bland, it's no surprise our running game is constantly being blown up. Defenders are playing fast and teeing off on the HB, and receivers don't get a lot of separation. I'm not saying Harbaugh's playbook is the only problem, but it surely needs to have a few more wrinkles.
