LIVE: LB coach Mike Adams on Zoom
Summary
Caleb Hardy and Myles Brown earning starter roles; Brown built strength/confidence; Hardy transitioning from edge, handling off-field distractions.
On Caleb Hardy and Myles Brown: I'm glad you mentioned those guys, because they've been the ones that had to really run the defense and go out there with the ones and make believers of all the guys around them that they that they belong. I think the first step was in the offseason, building their bodies so that they could go out there on every down and compete Myles in particular, really, you know, did that? I mean, he really got himself where he's stronger, more confident, and that just that allows you to just feel like a linebacker out there, and then, you know, Caleb. And Caleb's had some things here in the off season that can be tough and distracting, but he's had to do the same thing, go out there and perform. So those guys have done a great job of showing up every day, being productive, and they're learning how to be leaders in their own way, and that'll probably be by committee to just the leadership parts so, but it's been good. I mean, for those guys have to go play that much football, you know, that's that's new for them.
