Snap counts and notable PFF grades from Vanderbilt's win over Austin Peay
- Vanderbilt quarterback Jared Curtis received a 76.7 PFF offensive grade on 18 snaps against Austin Peay, compared with Blaze Berlowitz's 53.5 on 46 snaps, a notable performance split that does not itself establish a change in starter.
- Most Vanderbilt offensive linemen graded substantially better in pass protection than run blocking, while Lyndon Cooper's 66.7 overall offensive grade was the highest among offensive players who took more than half the snaps.
- With starting tight end Cole Spence absent, Vanderbilt used Javontay Conner for 28 snaps, Maurice Veney for 25 and Walter Taylor for nine, with PFF offensive grades of 68.0, 72.3 and 77.7 respectively.
- Vanderbilt's running-back workload was spread across Sedrick Alexander with 36 snaps, MK Young with 31 and Jamezell Lassiter with 13, with Lassiter's 66.1 PFF grade the highest in the group on the smallest workload.
- Linebacker Nick Rinaldi led Vanderbilt's defense with an 84.0 PFF grade on 34 snaps, while Bryan Longwell played 41 snaps and earned a 72.6 grade.
